Ada "Kitty" Fenlaw

February 5, 1927 — August 22, 2016

Kitty, as she was affectionately known, was born February 5, 1927 in Dallas County to Anna Mae and Joseph Edward Jett. She was a 1943 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, then went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1948. She married Roger Fenlaw in Dallas, October 29, 1945. Kitty was always an active woman. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Alumni Group, a quilting club, served as the first woman admitted to the Downtown Lions Club, and was secretary of the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. She was very active with her church, teaching Sunday school and GA's and was devoted to her Lord, church and family. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Jean Summers. She is survived by her husband, Harold Roger Fenlaw; her children, Mark Fenlaw and wife Becky of Austin, Pamela Fenlaw of Amarillo, Rick Fenlaw and wife Robin of Wichita Falls, Jim Ed Fenlaw of Sebastapol, CA; six grandchildren, Jay and wife Emily, Reid, Sarah, Frank, Molly, Meredith Johnson and husband Austin; and four Great Grandchildren.
