Adrian Flores

Adrian Flores, infant, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Amarillo Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Gary Sudden and Elder Thomas McClendon officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Adrian was born Aug. 1, 2014, weighing 1 lb., 13 oz. at 25 weeks. He had always been our little fighter. He fought for four long months in neonatal intensive care unit until we finally welcomed him home. Adrian played a big part in many people's lives, proving how strong he was and teaching people to never give up. For that, we will always remember him. He was preceded in death by three great-grandfathers, Jesus M. Flores, Antonio Alonzo Sr. and Ralph White; his great-grandmother, Juanita White; his grandmother, Clara Alonzo; and an uncle, Gracen Mercyllio McClendon. Survivors include his father, JoJo Flores; his mother, Tiffany Elliott; a sister, Aubrey Flores; his great-grandmother, Virginia Alonzo; his great-grandparents, Scott and Evelyn Williams and Thomas and Linda McClendon; his grandparents, Jonathan and Jody McClendon, Eric and Charlene Williams and David and Irma Flores; his uncles, David Alonzo, Jesse Flores, Christopher Hinojos, Travis Elliott, Casey Williams and Seth Williams; his aunts, Sandra Heidemann and Monica Flores; and numerous great-uncles, great-aunts, cousins, family and friends.
