Alice Ann Courts Perry

Alice was born on October 26, 1931 in Croghan, NY to Elmer and Jessie Campany. She attended business school following high school. She moved to Amarillo in 1997. Alice was a homemaker. She did volunteer work at the Ronald McDonald House. She was an active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and was a member of The Legion of Mary. Alice enjoyed reading, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She prayed the rosary faithfully every day. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Courts in 1996; her son, Lawrence Courts in 2014; and several siblings. Survivors include her husband, Ollie Perry; 2 sons, Steve Courts and wife Patsy of Amarillo, Joe Courts and wife Lori of Raleigh, NC; 2 daughters, Peggy Garrett of Naples, FL, and Sally Besaw and husband Joe of Rochester, NY; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 step-children; 4 step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be made to The Ronald McDonald House, 1501 Streit Dr, Amarillo, Texas 79106.
