Alton Lee Masters

Alton Lee Masters, 38, passed away Tuesday January 18, 2022 in Amarillo, TX. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday February 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel 4180 Canyon Drive.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Alton was a retired United States Navy Veteran. He loved and was proud to serve his county and was saddened it was cut short due to health issues. Alton loved to reminisce about his time in the military. He could tell you the same story over and over but he told them like it was the first time. Alton also enjoyed talking about his childhood with his wife Jamie, his sister and his parents, especially stories if he and his sister were up to no good. He met his wife Jamie in 2005 and became a step-dad to her boys, Shawn and Shane. The love that he had for his wife was undeniable, he would do and say anything just to see her smile. Alton was so proud of and loved his daughter Natalya as well as his son Zachary. He loved to listen to music and sing along, loudly. Alton loved to read and talk about what he was reading about to his wife or friends. If you knew Alton you knew he was a talker. He could talk to anyone about anything and everything.

He is survived by his wife, Jamie; his children, Natalya, Zachary, Shawn, and Shane; his grandson, Beckett; his parents who he loved and respected so much, Will and Becky; his sister April; his sister-in-law Linda and husband Jeff; his father-in-law David and family; his mother-in-law Cathy and family. Survivors also include many other family members and loved ones.
