Amanda Lynn Myers, 45, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas. Amanda was a graphic designer. Amanda was such a light in this sometimes dark world and she will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. She touched the lives of anyone she would met. During her time with us, she was the glue that would bring different people together. When she accepted you as a friend, she would keep you for a lifetime.
Amanda was divorced but had a wonderful and supportive co-parent, Nathan Myers. They created together their wonderful and brilliant son, Kale Myers. She was so excited about his choices for his school and career goals. She would light up when she would speak about him. Kale recently started to make cakes as well which she would rave about his talents with that also.
Amanda was always searching to make, create or learn a new craft. She was drawing and painting since day one. The art work she would make was so simple but beautiful and you. Just remember to not peak at the work before it is finished. She made felt animals and figures, cross stitch, scrapbooking and baking her beautiful cakes. These are just a few of her many talents she would learn and create. Anything she touched would turn to gold.
Amanda was predeceased by her father, Rickie Rivers, grandfather, Dennis Bolton. She is survived by, son Kale Myers, mother, Deborah Hertel, stepfather, Bill Hertel, sister, Lindzi Francis, grandmother, Peggy Bolton, and many aunts, uncles, cousins who loved her dearly.
There will be a celebration of life but there is not a determination on date and time. Family wants a moment of mourning in private currently but when the service is determined, it will be posted for everyone to join.
