Anna "Lafaun" Hardy

LaFaun was born June 13, 1950 in Pensacola, Florida. She was never one to meet a stranger and her laughter and smile were contagious. She had more extended family and friends call her "mom" than anyone has ever known. She enjoyed going to the mountains, and she loved her chickens too. But what brought the most joy in her life were her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Doyle Penny and by her grandmother, Elsie Rankin. She is survived by her children, James Durling and wife Tina, Jason Durling and wife Melissa all of Amarillo, Gary Durling and Marissa Norcross both of Colorado; her grandchildren, Stetson, Dakota, Hunter, Gage, Kaylyn, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Chloe and Jordan; by her sister, Terri; her aunt and uncle, LaFaun and Jack Ward; as well as several other relatives and friends.
