Auther Milton Turner

Auther Milton Turner, 85, of Amarillo, passed away on Monday January 15, 2024. Services will be scheduled at a later time in the family cemetery in Jericho, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Auther was born on January 9, 1939 near Miami, Texas to Herbert and Alice Turner. Auther spent most of his childhood growing up on the Osborn Ranch, with his parents. He was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country in Germany. Auther worked as a Union Boiler Maker for over 20 years with Missouri Valley. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his grandkids. He was loved by so many and will be missed.

Auther was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and one brother.

Survivors include his son, Erick Turner and his wife Sissy; his daughter, Rachel Spence and husband Chris; three grandchildren, Marshall and Hunter Turner and Arial Hanna; survivors also include his daughter in love, Janet Bland.
