Betty Rios Fraire, 64, of Amarillo, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024. Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Church Alive, 1819 Canadian St. with Pastor Mark Rector officiating.
Betty was born April 8, 1960 in Lubbock, Texas. She grew up in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Amarillo in 1980. She owned and operated her own day spa for many years, where she was an Esthetician, retiring in 2017. In her spare time, Betty enjoyed cooking and caring for her lawn and garden. She found enjoyment in just driving and listening to music. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Her love for her family, God and her animals was evident in her everyday life. Betty will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Maddlin Roys; and three brothers, Billy Roys, Rudolph Roys, and Joe David Thomas.
Survivors include her husband, Margarito Fraire Rodriguez of Weatherford, TX; two daughters, Elitha Worley (Vinson) and Amanda Day (Brant) all of Amarillo; three sons, Freddie Palomo (Taylor) of Amarillo, Benny Palomo of Tennessee Colony, TX, and Ruben Sanchez of Amarillo; three brothers, Delbert Roys (Denise) of Amarillo, Charlie Roys (Shirley) of Dumas, TX, and Richard Roys (Janet) of Lubbock, TX; a sister, Allene Townsend (Bill) of San Angelo, TX; 14 grandchildren, Maddlyn, Annistyn, Tarryn, Savanna, Ricky, Jason, Emma, Liannah, William, Haylee, Gracie, Lanisia, Davian, and Benito; and three great-grandchildren, Grayson, Jaxon, and Kason.
