Billy F. Chandler

Billy was born January 1, 1957 in Amarillo to Phyllis A. and Noel Kenneth Chandler. He was a 1975 graduate of Palo Duro High School. Billy was affectionately known to his family and friends as, "Captain Bill". His love of sailing, brought many hours of enjoyment and relaxation. He liked to hunt, as well as, being a gifted craftsman. He was never one to sit still, always tinkering with something. He was a faithful employee with Republic Beverage Company, serving 34 years. He is preceded in death by his father, Noel Kenneth Chandler. He is survived by his daughter, Bri Miller and husband Jerren of Canyon; his grandsons, Beckett and Tripp Miller; his mother, Phyllis Morris of Amarillo; by his brother, Bobby Chandler and wife Kathy of Amarillo; his 4 sisters, Barbara Womack and husband Wes of Amarillo, Brenda Opela and husband Kenneth of Cleburne, TX, Beverly Webb of Eufaula, OK, and Belinda Edwards and husband Jerel of Pampa, TX; also surviving him are many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
