Blanche Mae Withers

Heaven received an angel today, our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and devoted friend. Blanche was born in Campti, LA October 1, 1938 to Walter and Ruby Woods. She married Henry Withers, Jr. on October 29, 1951. Blanche loved caring for others. She worked in nursing for many years, but her true passion was family. Blanche was preceded in death by her parents, her husband,and a son, Jerry Withers. Psalms 62: "My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my Salvation; He is my fortress, I will Never be shaken" She is survived by her son: Bruce Withers and wife Ruth of Lefors, daughter-in-law: Kathy Withers of Huntsville, son:Mike Withers and wife DeAnna of Trinity, daughter: Diana Jackson and husband Russell of Amarillo, son: Rickey Withers and wife Shaunita of Livingston; she is also survived by: 20 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; sister: Helen Elledge of Coushatta, LA
