Bret Wayne Selfridge

Bret Wayne Selfridge, 59, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Memorial services will be 2:00pm Friday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Dr. with Rev. David Pounds, Minister of Comanche Trail Church of Christ officiating. Bret was born July 19, 1958 in Borger to Bill and Mary Selfridge. He graduated from Canyon High School, and attended Amarillo College. He worked as a salesman for H & R Foods for 15 years. Bret enjoyed golf, shooting, and boating at the lake. He loved to travel, especially to the Caribbean. Cozumel was his favorite place to visit. He also enjoyed spending time with Jayden, his grandson. Bret was preceded in death by his father, Bill Selfridge. Survivors include his wife, Laurie Selfridge of Amarillo; three sons, Ben Selfridge and wife Erin, Adam Selfridge and wife Aimee all of Pueblo, CO, and Cody Woolley and fiancée Carissa Purdue of Amarillo; two daughters, Cassandra Wright of Waterloo, IA, and Ashley Woolley of Amarillo; his mother, Mary Selfridge of Howardwick; and nine grandchildren, Alyson Selfridge, Jayden Schneck, Kaylynn Klunk, Chris Wright, Ethan Selfridge, Dezerae Jaramillo, Raven Colvin, Jaxtin Neese, and Niko Baker.
