Brian D. Locke

Brian D. Locke, 49, of Amarillo, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Oasis Amarillo, 8201 Canyon Drive, with Pastor Kyle Wilkinson, of Trinity Fellowship Church officiating. Brian was born August 14, 1971 in Pampa. He graduated from Pampa High School in 1989, and attended West Texas State University and Amarillo College. Brian married April Collins on June 25, 2011. He worked at Hastings, Best Buy, Tarpley Music, EAC, and Rudolph Technologies. Brian was a techie, and a talented musician. He played guitar in a group called “Those Guys”, with vocalist Mike Johnson. He was also an avid Star Wars fan. Brian will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bonner Green. Survivors include his wife, April Locke; three sons, Caelan Locke and wife Moani, Cody Wiebenga, and Garrett Wiebenga all of Amarillo; a daughter, Chaeli Locke of Amarillo; a grandson, Ezra Locke; his mother, Pam Green of Amarillo; his father, Greg Locke and wife Jeanetta of Amarillo; and his brother, John Locke and wife Mary of Amarillo.
