Brian Edward Phillips

Brian Edward Phillips passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday July 26, 2018 at Trinity Fellowship Church- Student Ministries Auditorium, 5000 Hollywood Dr. Burial will be held at Llano Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday at Cox Funeral Home. Brian was born July 15, 1966 to Tommy and Julia Phillips in Dumas, TX. He was raised in Amarillo, TX and graduated from Caprock High School in 1985. He worked at Owen's Corning as a TOS2 Silver for 27 years beginning September 3, 1991 until his passing. Brian enjoyed working on cars, riding motorcycles and dirt bikes at the Canadian River. In his younger years Brian enjoyed powerlifting. He loved spending time with his boys, Bryce and Khristian, watching movies and sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie Melendez. He is survived by his two children Bryce and Khristian Phillips. His sister, Lisa Tellez and his brother Michael Phillips all from Amarillo. He had four nephews and three nieces.
