C. Diane Dobbins

Diane was born in West Point, New York to Donald and Ann Mansel. She attended school in Panhandle. She worked at Eastridge Lanes and loved to bowl. Diane played bass guitar in a family country music band for many years as well as with several other bands. She also sang and had a beautiful voice. Music and her little dogs were a big part of her life. She is preceded in death by a brother, Sidney Mansel. She is survived by her husband: Robby Dobbins; son: Dustin Bowerman and wife Tara; grandson: Xzavian Bowerman; daughter: Sydney Bowerman; parents: Donald and Ann Mansel; brother: Duane Mansel; sister: Wynell Neusch and her husband Vernon.
