Carelton Keith Goldsmith

Keith Goldsmith passed away peacefully in his Amarillo home on January 22, 2016. He was 57 years of age. He was born on July 26, 1958 to Bill and Clara Goldsmith in Dimmitt, Texas. During his life he participated in football with great passion. As he grew older, he loved watching football and especially enjoyed watching his nieces and nephews participate in a variety of sports. His working career was spent in a variety of outdoor jobs such as harvesting and later as a dispatcher for Sweet Bran. His greatest achievement was his devotion to his family and friends. To be loved by Keith was to know you always had someone in your corner. Whatever the need, one could count on Keith for support and help. He will be greatly missed. Keith was preceded in death by his parents Bill Goldsmith, Clara Goldsmith, and sister, D'Wan Elam. He is survived by: sisters-Charlotte Eudy of Stratford, TX and Kathy Black of Amarillo, TX; brother- Brice Goldsmith of Amarillo, TX; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
