Carl Allen

Carl was born on November 23, 1938 in Greer County, OK to Fred and Ora Allen. He was raised in Crawford, OK, where he graduated from Crawford High School in 1957. He married Fredia Young on March 23, 1957 that same year. Carl worked as a pharmaceutical representative and as a toy maker for most of his life. He was known to be intelligent and was a great source of wisdom to those who knew him. He was the one in the family who held everyone together and always kept them connected. Carl's friends and family would say he will be remembered as being ornery and quite the storyteller. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Ormand and Norman Allen He is survived by his wife, Fredia Allen of Amarillo; 2 daughters, Teresa Banks and husband Jeff of Houston and Sheila Kight of Canton; 3 brothers, Robert Allen of Clinton, OK, Lynn Allen of Dill City, OK and Fred Allen, Jr. and wife June of Cheyenne, OK and 2 grandsons, Cody and Keelor Kight of Canyon.
