Carlton Downs

Carlton was born August 29, 1927 in Panhandle to Eula and Russell Downs. He was born in Panhandle and raised in Borger. He served his country during WWII in the army. Carlton is preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Eula Downs; a son, Ricky Allen Downs, brother, Wallace R. Downs, and an infant brother, James H. Downs. He is survived by his daughter, Carla Branson and husband Steve of Amarillo, six grandchildren and a Brother, Doug Downs of Borger.
