Carol Heredia Liebsch

Carol was born in Amarillo on June 14, 1943 to Jesus and Hillaria Heredia. She was a lifelong resident of Amarillo. She married her loving husband, Carl E. Liebsch, Sr. on April 1, 1958. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and a special friend. Carol spent ten years of her life sharing the word of God in Prison Ministry. During her spare time she enjoyed sewing, crafts and collecting dolls. She was very loved by her family, nieces, nephews, and friends. Carol was always going out of her way to help her family and others. While Carol and Eddie were able, they enjoyed sharing their delicious tamales, hot sauce, and sweet rice, She was always sure to make plenty for everyone to enjoy during Christmas and would deliver it to people's homes. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her, loved her and those she loved. The family wishes to give a special thanks to her devoted niece Rose Marie Lomeli and her neighbors Pete and Peggy Mata. The family will be receiving guests after the service at the Liebsch residence. She is preceded in death by her sons, Jeffrey Liebsch, I, and William "Bobby" Liebsch; Sisters, Delores Herrera, Pat Alonzo, Pauline Cruz, Dionisa Lomeli, Mary Ramirez, Isabel Heredia; brothers, Joe and Johnny Heredia. Carol is survived by her husband Carl E. Liebsch, Sr.; her two sons, Carl E. Liebsch, Jr. and Gerald Liebsch all of Amarillo; her sister, Angela Heredia Reyes of Shafter, CA; she is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
