Charles Leo Lauhoff

Charles was born to Lewis and Hazel Lauhoff in Sundown on May 2, 1936. He married his wife, Carolyn Lauhoff on November 24, 1974. He was a United States Army Veteran, a race horse owner, farmer and the owner of S&L Drilling. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Lauhoff of Amarillo; children, Edward Lauhoff, David Lauhoff, Elizabeth Ironmonger and husband Byron, Shannon Lauhoff, Charles Snow and Christopher Snow and wife Blair; sisters, Mildred Williams of Windham, TX, Ethel Standifer of Portales, NM, Mary Wright and husband Carl of Tucumcari, NM and Stella Rogers of Windham, TX; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Margaret, his son, Shawn Snow and a grandson, Jody Lauhoff.
