Charles Thrasher

Charles Thrasher, 46, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Services will be scheduled at a later date.

Charles was born August 2, 1978 in Amarillo, Texas to Clarence and Dana Thrasher. He grew up in Amarillo and attended Randall High School. Charles made his career in landscaping, specifically tree trimming. This wasn’t surprising, given that he loved doing anything outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, snowboarding and riding 4-wheelers. Charles also loved animals, but would never admit it. He was funny and cared about people. He was always willing to lend a hand when someone had a need. Charles will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kelly Thrasher.

Survivors include his daughter, Kilee Thrasher and son, Colbee Thrasher both of Amarillo; his mother, Dana McMillan and father, Clarence Thrasher both of Amarillo; a sister, Audra Coborn of Amarillo; two step-brothers, Brian McMillan of Amarillo and Keith McMillan of Oklahoma; and a step-sister, Kim Lynch of Oklahoma.
