Christina "Chris" Thompson

Chris was born August 22, 1958 in Natchitoches, LA, to Dorothy and William Morrison. She married Darrell Thompson in Amarillo in May of 1982. Together, they were members of Central Baptist Church in Pampa, and she ever met a stranger. She was the type who enjoyed helping anyone at any time. She enjoyed sewing, making dolls, quilts and the like. She was a very crafty person and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her father, William Morrison and a brother, Danny Morrison. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Darrell; her daughter, Andrea Black and husband Jerry; her grandchildren, Shelby and Bailey Black all of Amarillo; her siblings, Dottie Kimbro and husband Mike of Electra, Susan Alfred and husband Boo of Natchitoches, LA, and Dwayne Morrison and wife Betty of Hemphill, TX; also surviving her are several nieces and nephews.
