Cimpaye Therese

Cimpaye Therese, 86, of Amarillo, died Monday, November 19, 2018. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Dr. Burial will be at Llano East Cemetery. Cimpaye was born in East Africa, and moved to Pennsylvania in 2009. She has lived in Amarillo since 2010. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include two grandsons, Fidel Therese and wife Kobwa Josiane of Amarillo, and Mihigo Emmanuel and wife Anne-Mary Mukeshimana of Georgia; and three great-grandchildren, Kevin Ishimwe, Kennedy Bizimana, and Fidelity Nirere all of Amarillo. The family is accepting donations for help with medical and funeral expenses.
