Colleen was born July 5, 1935 to Ruth and Forrest B. Dykes. During her life she led a successful career as a Real Estate Agent, creating lease agreements still used in the industry today. She later worked as a mobile home salesperson and belonged to the Million Dollar Club. Colleen was the first woman to run for public office in Amarillo as Place 4 Commissioner. She was a devoted member of Valley Riding Club for many years. She was a loving and caring woman and never complained and didn't hold grudges against others. Anyone who knew Colleen loved her heart of gold and will deeply miss her. Colleen was preceded in death by her parents; Son, Roy E. Fulton and two sisters.
She is survived by her sons, Robert L. Fulton, Terry Ray Fulton and wife Kamolrat and Jerri R. Fulton; Brother, Don Dykes and wife Arlene; Grandchildren, Kory R. Fulton and wife Victoria, Dustin T. Fulton, Aun Phasuk; Great-Grandchild, Hunter Roy Fulton.
