Connie Marie Clifton Fennell

Connie was born on November 29, 1948 in Dalhart to Earl and Patsy Clifton. She moved to Canyon as a child, where she graduated from Canyon High School in 1967. She then attended West Texas A&M, before transferring to Amarillo College where she received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development. Connie married Danny Fennell on February 26, 1977 in Amarillo. She devoted her life to caring and supporting her family. She considered them to be her major accomplishment in life. Most of her time was spent participating in her children's soccer games and any of their endeavors. When her grandchildren were born, she cared for them and devoted her time to them as well. She enjoyed many trips to the mountains with her family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She is survived by her husband, Danny Fennell; 4 sons, Justin Fennell and wife Angela, Micah Fennell and wife Vanessa, Corey Fennell and Drew Fennell and wife Erika; 5 grandchildren, Brendan, Aidon, Zane, Leya and Beth and her close family friend, Cindy Lee, all of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Johnny Clifton and sister, Earline Luse.
