Corey Fore

Corey was born December 1, 1962, in Lubbock, to Peggy and Bill McKerley. She married Cliff Fore on August 3, 1984 in Amarillo. She had a phenomenal sense of humor and could always bring a smile to your face. One of her favorite things to do was tell stories and make people laugh. She also loved to talk on the phone, play cards, and make new friends everywhere she went. Her infectious smile and dynamic personality made this very easy for her. She was always willing to lend an ear and was a wonderful listener. Corey was a hardcore Dallas Cowboy fan. She was a really nice person, until you started talking about her Cowboys! Her family considered her to be their rock and the glue that held them all together. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She enjoyed all children and spending time with her family and friends was one of her favorite past times. She is preceded in death by her father, Bill McKerley, a sister, Deanna Rhea Devore, a brother, Mike McKerley, and an aunt and uncle, Corrine and Ben Heathington. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Cliff; three daughters, Ashley Fore, Taylor Fore and fiance Matt Davenport, and Meghan Fore and Alex Prather; three grandchildren, Cambrey Fore, Brodey Fore, and Braxton Davenport; her parents, Peggy and Clem Novak; a sister, Debbie Mitchell; and a host of other family and friends.
