David Hampton

David was born September 29, 1965 in Amarillo to Barbara and Gus Hampton. He was a graduate of Amarillo High School and a member of Washington Avenue Christian Church. He was a loyal and faithful employee of Wal-Mart, serving them for 21 years, and during that time, only missed 3 days of work. He enjoyed live theatrical performances and watching movies, as well as, taking trips to Branson, MO and country music. He is preceded in death by his father, Gus Hampton. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hampton of Amarillo; his sisters, Dana Lineman and husband Mike of Fort Worth, Patti Lineman and husband Jerry and Julia Howell all of Amarillo; his grandmother, Bess McGrew, who is 104 years old of Amarillo; also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
