Deina Hughes Shuffield

Deina was born November 2, 1961 in Pampa to Wilma Hazel and John Paul Hughes. She graduated from Caprock High School in 1980. She married Bobby Shuffield in Amarillo, May 5, 1984.She was a member of Journey Church and enjoyed working with the children of the church, as well as her own grandchildren and family. She was employed with J.P. Morgan and Chase over 30 years. Her family and close friends considered her to be 'selfless to a fault', doing anything for anybody. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilma Hazel and John Paul Hughes. She is survived by her husband Bobby; 2 daughters, Melanie Chapman and husband Christopher, and Julianne Arroyos and husband Bryson; her grandchildren, Liam and Finley Chapman and Lennix Arroyos all of Amarillo; her brother, Randy Hughes and wife Sylvia of Plano, TX; her sister, Leisa Lester of Aurora, CO; and a host of other family and friends.
