Dianna Fields

Dianna Fields, 76, of Amarillo, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Memorial Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, February 13, 2026 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Dianna was born on September 30, 1949 in Hereford, Texas to O.J. and Virginia Remling. The family moved to Amarillo in 1960, and Dianna graduated from Tascosa High School and attended Amarillo College. She worked for Levi Strauss as an office manager for eight years before going to work for Pantex for the next 15 years. After her retirement, Dianna needed to keep busy, so she went back into the work force. She worked for a doctor’s office first and then worked for MicroFour. In her spare time, Dianna was an avid reader; she enjoyed books of all kinds.

Dianna married her husband, Tom Fields on March 7, 1987 in Amarillo. They have enjoyed 38 years of marriage together. She and Tom have been members of Washington Ave. Christian Church for several years. Dianna was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family meant everything to her. She was loving, beautiful and cherished by her family. Dianna was honest; she believed in tough love and wasn’t afraid to speak the truth. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Fields; her son, Ryan Johnson and wife Suzanne of Amarillo; her brother, Donnie Remling and wife Nancy of Georgia; two grandchildren, Aspen Connally and husband Aaron, and Austin Johnson all of Amarillo; and two great-grandchildren, Sawyer Connally and Sage Johnson.
