Donald "Hank" Anglin

Donald "Hank" Anglin, 84, of Amarillo, died Thursday, August 9, 2018. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday at Cross Pointe Church, 4400 S. Crockett St. with Pastor Jordan Melugin officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm Sunday at Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Dr. Hank was born January 23, 1934 in Wheeler to Clarence and Lera Sanders. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1952. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. He married Thelma Ferguson in Tucumcari, NM on October 25, 1988. Hank was an entrepreneur and business owner for over 30 years. He was a very hard worker. He was very dedicated to his family, and provide the best living his children could ever have hoped for. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, Grandpa, and Papa. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Patricia "Patsy" Anglin; a daughter; and a brother, Randy Knieriem. Survivors include his wife, Thelma Anglin; a son, Terry Anglin and wife Trish; two daughters, Sherri Huckins and husband Aaron, and Diana Schehl; a step-daughter, Jo Emerson; a brother, Jake Anglin and wife Ann; two sisters, Patsy Barker, and Judy Edwards and husband Jim; four grandsons, Dusty Perry, Donald O'Brien and wife Kelly, Gabriel Huckins and wife Taysha, and Adam Anglin and wife Holly; four granddaughters, Lisa Byers and husband Bryce, Amber Jimenez and husband Adan, Candice Schueler and husband Wade, and Pam Harkins and husband Derik; and numerous great-grandchildren.
