Donna Fine Votaw

Donna was born on July 9, 1961 in Borger to Donald and Patsy Fine. She was raised in Borger, where she graduated from Borger High School in 1979. She then attended Frank Phillips College before moving to Amarillo. Donna worked as a dispatcher for Amarillo Emergency Communications Center (AECC) for over 4 years. She was known for her generous and loving personality and had many close friends whom she loved working with. Above all, Donna was a mom. She devoted her life to her children and was even considered a mom to many extended friends and family. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her 3 sons, Ricky and Rowdy Votaw of Amarillo and Rusty Votaw of Canyon; father, Donald Fine of Amarillo; sister, Susan Riley and husband Shawn of Amarillo; 2 grandchildren, Jhett Don and Harper Renee Votaw and her 2 nieces, Caroline and Georgia Riley. She is preceded in death by her Mother and the father of her children, Dennis Votaw.
