Doug Smalley

Doug Smalley went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. No services are scheduled at this time. Doug was loved by many and he loved many. He will be sadly missed. Doug was born to the late James and Wilma (Allen) Smalley on July 21, 1963. Doug work many years in the grocery business. For the last few years he worked at Amarillo Recycling with his friend Jimbo. Doug always knew how to make people smile and kept them laughing. We will miss you very much. Fly high. He was preceded in death by one sister, Daria Johnson. Doug is survived by his cherished partner and soul mate, of 14 years, Kathy Porter; two sisters, Deborah Smalley Emery and husband Asa Reefschmeider, and Dana Carr; four brothers, David Smalley and wife Whitney, D. J. Smalley, Don Smalley,sister in law Belinda Smalley, and Danny Smalley and wife Mel; three children, Stefan Di Carlo, Justin Di Carlo and Alexandria Di Carlo; six grandchildren, Tracie, Kloe, A J, Jerrod, Tyler and Hayden. Also two very close friends, Kay Finnely and Jimbo Porter.
