Dwanelle Graves Vandyk

Dwanelle Graves VanDyk, 77, of Amarillo, passed away October 5, 2020, in Amarillo. Memorial Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, October 16, 2020, at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Dwanelle was born November 2, 1942, to Tommy and Velma Graves. She was an extremely loving person who enjoyed traveling and laughing with her family. In her spare time, Dwanelle enjoyed reading and always loved having her family around her. Dwanelle was passionate about special education and spent many of her years teaching those students in need; she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Christie Burrows; one grandson, Joshua Boehning and one brother, Howard Graves. Survivors include one son, Bodie Gregory of Canyon; daughter, Gracie Kelly Boehning of Amarillo; one brother, Dan Graves; one sister-in-law, Gracie Graves; five grandchildren, Crosse, Lincoln, Isabelle, Jessica and Melody; and three great-grandchildren.
