Mrs. Fowler was born Feb. 26, 1924, in McCurtain, Okla. She is survived by her husband, Edward "Bob"; her children, Janet Fowler Tonne and Robert Fowler and wife Renée; and four grandchildren, Jon Tonne, Amy Wood and husband Brian, Macy Callahan and Emma Wood.
