Frankie Jo Oliver

Frankie was born on April 12, 1955 to Pauline and Lewis Hawkins, Jr. in Crane, Texas. She resided in Plainview before moving to Amarillo where she was an active member of Greater Love Temple for more than 10 years. She loved her Lord and enjoyed serving in her church. Frankie was a wonderful cook. She devoted her life to caring for her family, extended family and her friends at church. Frankie is survived by two daughters, Sandy Butler and husband Jerry, and Stephanie Telford; 2 sons, Taley S. Telford, Jr. III and wife Petra, and Johnny Telford and wife Pam, all of Amarillo; 1 sister, Jean Williams of Plainview; 2 brothers, Charles Foster of Kansas City, KS, and Lewis Hawkins of Temple; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Cece and Darlene, and her parents.
