Gary Braxton

Gary Braxton, 60, of Amarillo, died Saturday, December 30, 2017 in Dallas. Memorial services will be 10:00 am, Friday, January 5, 2018 at Polk Street United Methodist Church, 1401 S. Polk St. with Dr. Burt Palmer officiating. Gary was born November 1, 1957 to Bobbie and Daphne Braxton. He graduated from Caprock High School. He married Janet Bagley in 1979 in Amarillo. Gary worked for Patrick Heating & Air, before owning his own business. He owned and operated Braxton Heating & Air for 12 years. He adored his two dogs, Buddy and Rocky. Gary was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Dana Kulow. Survivors include his wife, Janet Braxton; three sons, Bobby Braxton and wife Laura of Lucas, Ryan Braxton and wife Carrie of Celina, and Daniel Braxton and wife Crystal of Austin; a sister, Lynette Croft and husband Don of Arlington; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Luke, Jake, Bennet, Henry, Max, and Ellis.
