Jackie Diane Jaggers

Jackie Diane Jaggers, 72, of Amarillo passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2017 at Trinity Fellowship Church Student Ministry Center with Pastor Kyle Wilkinson and Pastor Merritt Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow at Llano Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation from 2-4 Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Cox Funeral Home. Jackie was born on September 12, 1945 in Bowie, TX to Lt. Col. Jack T. Hall and Rozelle Sandford. She moved to Amarillo as a child, where she graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1964. She later relocated to Pearl Mississippi and enjoyed many careers, including working as a hairdresser, a truck driver and as an electrical technician for Sears for many years. Jackie loved working in customer service throughout all of her careers, earning many customer service awards for the outstanding service she delivered to all of her customers. Friends and family affectionately referred to her as Miss Jackie and the Cake Lady. Those who knew her well could always expect their favorite cake on their birthday. She returned to Amarillo, where she worked at Home Depot, before her employment at Lowe's, where she retired this summer. Jackie enjoyed making jewelry in her free time and selling it at many craft shows. She also enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends and family, who will miss her dearly. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Family Care Foundation: P.O. Box 15203, Amarillo, TX 79105 or to Heal the City: 609 S Carolina, Amarillo, TX 79106. She is survived by her two daughters, Kim Mullane and husband Jim of Amarillo and April Barnes of Jackson, Miss.; four brothers, Michael Hall and wife Karen of Universal City, Ronnie White and wife Suzanne of McLean, David White of Amarillo and Greg Sandford of Kerrville; sister, Becky Bailey and husband Tam of Pampa; five grandchildren, Will Mullane, Jacob Mullane, Aaron Mullane, Kristin Womack and Houston Taylor and two great grandchildren, Ashton Mullane and Brynli Mullane. Additionally, she is survived by her English bulldog grands Major Tom and General Patton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
