Javeta Carlene (Moore) Mcgill-Moore

Javeta Carlene McGill-Moore, 79, of Amarillo passed away Monday, April 29, 2019. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at Cox Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones for visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the funeral home. Javeta was born September 23, 1939 in Arnett, Oklahoma to Jasper and Ocie Moore Javeta was a cashier for K-mart for 15 years. Her hobbies included listening to country music and spending time with her family. Javeta will be remembered as a loving mom, sister and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Javeta was preceded in death by parents; two brothers, Francis Butch Moore and Ronald Moore; an infant daughter, Deborah Gayle Vinson; a great-grandson, Jasper Wade Vinson and the love of her life for 8 years, Bobby Baxter. She is survived by her two sons, Carl Vinson and wife Shelley of Amarillo and Danny Vinson of Dumas; a daughter, Donna Vinson Baine of Dumas; a brother, Floyd Dale Moore of Oklahoma City, OK; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
