Jeanette Green

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jeanette (Dec/02/1948- Feb/02/2024) after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Celebration of Life services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday February 6, 2024 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel, 4180 Canyon Drive. Funeral arrangements supported by Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Jeanette spent her early years in Albuquerque, NM before moving to Roswell where she was employed at Levi Strauss before working for NM state government. She later moved to Amarillo, Texas to reside with her daughter and the joy of her life, her grandchildren. She loved family gatherings where she would sing and dance after all her loved ones would brag about her famous enchiladas, beans and salsa.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Lisa (Carlos) and her grandchildren Candace, Jason, Angelo, Nickolas and her great grandson JLyn. She will be lovingly missed by sisters Frances, Rose and Paula (Kim) and her brother Jerry (Cathy) . And along with many nieces and nephews.

Jeanette’s family would like to thank BSA Hospital, cancer clinic and Dr. Reddy and Texas Oncology for their support and kindness.
