Jennifer Marie Gleason

Jennifer Gleason, 34, of Amarillo, passed away on October 26, 2020, in Amarillo. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, October 30, 2020, at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive with Pastor Bennie Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 29, 2020, at the funeral home from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. At the family’s request, we ask that those attending the funeral please wear a mask and observe social distancing. Jennifer was born in Amarillo on October 5, 1986, to Glenn and Marie Langenbacher. Jennifer loved her three daughters and enjoyed spending time with them, she was often found taking her girls shopping and doing fun things like hair and nails. Jennifer never missed a sports function and was her girls’ biggest fan. She worked for AT&T for many years and was a very devoted employee. She poured her time and effort into those she loved, and she loved hard. Jennifer was a strong woman with a strong personality; she was a leader. Her husband could always count on her and lean on Jennifer for love and support. She was big on family and was known as the peacekeeper of her family. Jennifer loved family gatherings and having everyone together. She also loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Langenbacher and her grandmother, Lori Langenbacher. Survivors include her husband, Alonzo Gleason; three daughters, Gabriella, Cheyenne and Erin Gleason all of Canyon; mother, Marie Clardy of Midland; one sister, April Harper and husband Robert of Amarillo; two brothers, Justin Langenbacher and wife Jasmine of Midland and Wade Langenbacher of Amarillo. Survivors also include a host of additional family and close friends.
