Jerry Glenn Fritts
June 6, 1951 – Oct 11, 2026
Celebrating a Life of Faith, Love, and Laughter.
Jerry Glenn Fritts, 75, was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, pastor, a talented craftsman, and a cherished friend to many.
Jerry never met a stranger, and if he did, they weren’t strangers for long. A natural storyteller with a knack for turning even the simplest experience into an elaborate tale, Jerry seemed to know a little something about just about everything. His genuine love for people, quick wit, and gift for conversation made everyone feel welcome and time spent with him unforgettable. And wherever Jerry was, good, hearty laughter was never far behind.
Above all, Jerry loved and lived for his Lord and personal Savior, Jesus Christ. He took great pride in his craftsmanship, spending much of his life remodeling, painting, texturing, and working with wood. He also enjoyed racing, motorcycles, music, and time spent with family and friends.
Jerry is lovingly remembered by his mother, Laverne; his beloved daughter, Rachel, and her husband, Jacob; his cherished grandchildren, Rowan and Noah; his sister, Sherry, and her husband, Jim; his special niece, Misty, and her husband, Garrett; along with his best friends Garth and Mitzi and many extended family members and other dear friends who will forever hold his memory close.
Though Jerry’s voice may now be quiet, his faith, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of those he touched. His family finds comfort in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
