Joe Callahan

Joe Callahan, 69, of Amarillo passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018. No services are scheduled at this time. Joe was born December 30, 1948 in Plainview, Texas to Joe Clifton and Ruth Callahan. Joe graduated from Plainview High School in 1967, following graduation he married Frances Reeves. He worked for Raymer Garage in Plainview, before moving to McGregor, Texas to work at the Ford house. Joe went on to work for Amarillo College East campus, formerly TSTI, where he retired. Joe and Frances owned The Flower Stop in Amarillo. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Frances Callahan; daughter, Salem Goodman; son, Joseph Callahan and wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Caigon Cook and Cheslee Cook; and special family friends; Ali McEwen and husband Ken and Travis Goodman.
