Joey Alan Donald, 49, of Amarillo passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Joey will be available for viewing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, from 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Joey was born on February 11, 1971, to Rex Donald and Doris Smith in Amarillo. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and playing poker. Joey was a dedicated Texas Longhorns fan. He loved his family and always enjoyed having his grandchildren around him. Joey was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one niece and one nephew. Survivors include his wife Melissa Evans of the home; one son, Jacob Donald; two daughters, Christain Donald and fiancée Zamichael Richardson and Brianna Armstrong and her husband Daymon; two step-daughters, Whitney Trull and husband Dustin Millard, LaDonna Hunsucker and husband Phillip; one brother, Jessie Donald and wife Elizabeth; one sister, Darlene Donald and wife Lori; four granddaughters and two grandsons.
