Joey Allen Koontz

Joey Allen Koontz “JAK”  was born July 02, 1973 in Amarillo to Allen “Big Deek” Koontz and Becky Lincoln –Koontz.  Joey loved cars and football immensely. Joey was a lover of life and would do any anything in the world for his family and friends.

Joey was preceded in death by his father “Big Deek”, his grandparents Wayne and Joyce Koontz, his aunts Pam and Sue Koontz and his uncle Walter Koontz.

He is survived by his fiance Jennifer Roberson Adams,  mother  Becky Edwards of Denton, two brothers Jared  Koontz of Amarillo and Joseph Koontz of New York, one sister Christy Reid of Plano, Texas, two daughters Baylee and Maycee Koontz of Amarillo, four grandchildren, Rylee, Cameron, Emily, and one on the way, many cousins, aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and friends that all love him dearly.
