Johnnie T.C. Moore

Johnnie Moore, 91, a devout Christian, went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2022. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox-Rowley Funeral Home.

Originally from Olton, TX where he met and married his wife Ruby Dell Durham of 71 years. He worked for Diamond Shamrock for 36 years, retiring in 1991 as a terminal manager. He attended Trinity Fellowship Church and spent many hours of volunteer service for Bethesda Out Reach Ministries.

He enjoyed coffee with his friends, working on his farm, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and hunting for “a bargain”. He was an avid story teller.

He is survived by his wife of the home Ruby Moore, daughter and son-in-law Darlene and Bo Burroughs, son and daughter-in-law Sammy and Suzanne Moore all of Amarillo. He also has 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
