Jordan Alexander Melendez

Jordan Alexander Melendez, 27, of Amarillo passed away October 19, 2022. Memorial services is scheduled at 2:00 PM Tuesday October 25, 2022 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Pugh officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday October 24, 2022 at Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Jordan was born on August 25, 1995 in Amarillo to Manuel and Debora Melendez. He attended Caprock High School. Jordan enjoyed sports all around, from playing to watching games. He enjoyed watching any Dallas Cowboy game with his dad. Jordan loved his family fiercely. He enjoyed being a father and an uncle. Jordan truly was funny, he was always making jokes. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and his mother, Debora.

Survivors include his daughter, Kiley Melendez of Amarillo; his father, Manuel Melendez of Amarillo; two sisters, Briana Melendez and significant other Rashondric Sheppard of Amarillo; Ciarra Melendez of Amarillo; one brother, Justin Phillips of Amarillo; his fur baby, Mamas; the mother of his child, Valeria Perez of Amarillo. Survivors also include a host of other family members.
