Kathy (Fulleron) Jackson

Kathy Jackson, 68, of Amarillo passed away Monday, October 22, 2018. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Cox Funeral Home; 4180 Canyon Drive. Kathy was born in Breckenridge, Texas on October 16, 1950 to Floyd and Mary E. Fulleron. Kathy married Harvey Jackson on July 14, 1979 in Amarillo. She enjoyed shopping, listening to music and especially spending time with her family. Kathy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mom, sister and grandma. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Dennis Roberson and Richard McDonald and sister, Addie Davis. She is survived by husband, Harvey Jackson; son, Randy McDonald; daughters, Mary Wheat and husband Charlie and Penny Erwin and husband David; sister, Mary Walker; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
