Kathy June (Parker) Ehrhart

Kathy passed away on 10/1/23 after visiting with numerous family members.

A celebration of Kathy's life will take place on 10/15/23 at 307 Country Club Drive, Canyon TX at 2:00PM. Attendees are encouraged to wear Kathy’s favorite color, which was purple.

Kathy June Ehrhart was the first of three children born to Donald and Bonnie Parker. Kathy was born on 4/28/56 in Borger TX. The family grew to include younger brothers Don and Alan. Kathy married the love of her life, Kevin Ehrhart, on 11/19/74. Kathy and Kevin had 4 sons, Jeff, Brandon, Justin & Brad. Their family grew with many grandchildren to include Lauren, Meagan, Hailey, Draven, Frank, Henry & Remy. Kathy was always devoted to her family, and took great pride in cooking for everyone. She was particularly known for the fudge she would make each Christmas.
