Kelly Barrick

Kelly Barrick, 54, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, April 8, 2020. No services are scheduled at this time.  Kelly was born September 1, 1965 in Key West, Florida and was the daughter of Bennie and JoAnn Barrick. She graduated from high school in Hereford, Texas. Kelly worked as a dental assistant and managed nightclubs in Amarillo. Kelly spent the last few years helping her ailing mother. Kelly collected anything that had the footprint in the sand poem on it. She always met people with a smile and will be remembered for her kindness and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. Kelly was preceded in death by her Mother, JoAnn Barrick; a niece, Haley Singer; and a great-nephew, Peyton Hemple. Survivors include her Dad, Bennie Barrick; a brother, Brett Barrick and wife Mary Helen Barrick of Dallas; three nieces, Meagan, Erin and Shannon; six great-nieces; and one great-nephew. The family suggests memorials be made to the church of your choice.
