Kenneth Allan Angel

Kenneth Allan Angel, 65, of Amarillo passed away Monday, March 5, 2018. Memorial services will be Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Palo Duro Masonic Lodge #1239; 1701 South Polk. Kenneth was born April 11, 1952 in Sweetwater, Texas to Wayland and Dean Angel. Kenneth proudly served his country in The United States Air Force during The Vietnam Era. Kenneth's hobbies included feeding birds, fishing in Red River and watching old western movies. He was known for his great sense of humor and his love for the Dallas Cowboys. Kenneth loved spending time with children, grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. Kenneth was proud of the Native American culture and enjoyed collecting figurines and jewelry. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Guilbert. He is survived by daughters, Jennifer McCoy and husband Frank, Dee Ann Finken, Melissa Merriott and husband Matthew and Theresa Angel; brothers, Clifford Angel and Fred Lowry; sisters, Lori and Nita; grandchildren, Seth, Troy and Frankie; great-grandchildren, Danielle and Scarlette; several nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends, Vanessa and Marilyn.
