Kevin Joe Robinson

Kevin Joe Robinson, 61, of Amarillo, died Monday, September 11, 2017. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, September 15, 2017 at South Georgia Baptist Church, 5209 S. Georgia St. Kevin was born January 19, 1956 in Borger to Robbie and Carolyn Robinson. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1974, where he played football and baseball. He attended Amarillo College. Kevin married Terri Crawford in 1980 in Amarillo. He worked at Business Copy Machines and at Pantex for 15 years. Kevin was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golf. He loved camping. He also enjoyed playing pool and darts. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, Terri Robinson; a daughter, Keli Gillis and husband Lyle of Amarillo; a sister, Kela Henderson and husband Charles of Bushland; his mother, Carolyn Robinson of Bushland; a grandson, Hasten Gillis; and a granddaughter on the way, Lynlea Gillis; granddaughter by heart, Tayson Miller; and many beloved nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be made to Kids, Inc. of Amarillo, 2201 SE 27th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79103.
